Porn model on trial for theft and murder

Jordan Joplin is probably a name most of you have never heard before, but you've probably seen his work.

He appeared on Sean Cody as Zack; he worked for Randy Blue and Dirty Tony as Rob Stonebridge; he used the name Logan Cruise for Men.com and Juicy Boys; and he went by Jason Styles for work at Falcon.

The actual murder and arrest took place last year, but is only now hitting the gay porn blogosphere. According to reports, Dr. Eric Garcia -- a surgeon in Ketchikan, Alaska -- was found dead in his home in March, 2017. Police discovered the body after receiving a tip from Joplin, who said that the doctor had not been seen for several days.

Police also found that several of Garcia's valuables, and some of his money, had gone missing; they were able to link the stolen goods to Joplin and arrested him, While he was in custody, police then found enough evidence to charge him with the doctor's murder.

Joplin has a criminal record. He was found guilty of theft in 2005, and received a felony conviction of destruction of property and making false claims in 2009.

However, Joplin has pleaded not guilty in his current case, and is in custody pending a trial scheduled for later this year.
