The Fratmen experience is like being a member of a sex-charged deluxe spa, filled with stunning young jocks in lush settings. There's a glossy, luxurious quality to these long, quiet videos that will add a classy feel to your fantasies. Although the live shows are no longer available, there are almost 400 (mostly solo) videos and image galleries here, with a new one added weekly. Be careful when signing up, as there is a pre-checked offer for a Fratpad membership.

Tour

The Fratmen tour is much improved since last year and now provides brief preview clips for every video on the site, so there's no doubt what you'll find inside. Except: on the sign-up page it says you will have access to Fratpad and you don't; it also says the streams are "high quality HD streaming" but only a quarter of the videos are shot in high-definition and -- while they are high quality -- they are not rendered as high-definition streams.

Usability

Getting around has also been vastly simplified since last we visited Fratmen. Large thumbnails of the men are arrayed in a grid pattern; just click on your fave to watch the stream, view the pics or download the video. But there is no model index, search box or category filter.

The Men and the Action

The sultry expressions on the Fratmen's faces invite you into a (usually) solo fantasy interlude, where the atmosphere is quiet, sophisticated, and erotically charged. The guys are featured under the cascading outdoor shower, at poolside, or on the bed in one a luxurious bedroom -- and there are some exceptionally handsome young guys here.

There's no interaction with the camera, no exaggerated moaning, just a very hot guy, the sound of water trickling over his smooth skin, or wavelets lazily lapping the side of the pool as he slowly brings himself to a shuddering orgasm. Usually each of the full-length videos has two to three scenes with two cumshots.

Unfortunately, aside from a brief text description, there is very little information about these guys, either as a written introduction or a video interview. Perhaps that is meant to open up your fantasies without defined boundaries.

Video Details

The viewing quality of the videos depends somewhat on their recency. The more recent 25%, shot in high-definition, are excellent quality; anything older that that looks good to very good at the default size, but loses significant quality when upsized. Videography is very good throughout, with superb lighting and deft single-camera work. These beauties get the treatment from the camera that they deserve. The videos are pleasant but would benefit from a little background music and a second camera to zoom in on the cumshots.

At review time there were 395 videos (along with photosets), each about 40 minutes in length. The site is updated with new, DRM-free video weekly.

Image and Other Content

For every video there is a corresponding set of 28 digital photos. These images are clear and sharp, but a size larger than the 480x720 pixels offered would be nice plus.

User-friendliness

There are a couple of things to be wary of:
- there is a pre-checked sign-up for a trial to Fratpad on the join page.
- the trial rebills at $8 more per month than the regular monthly rate; most sites with trials either rebill as the same as the regular monthly rate or $4 - $5 more.

Summing Up

Fratmen offers an abundance of college men with really cute faces and lean, muscular builds in well-filmed, classy videos. There have been significant improvements to the site over the past year, and though the live shows are no longer available, Fratmen remains a premium solo site.
