Model tries to get off
Nick Snider, 21, has modeled for the likes of Prada and Yves Saint Laurent. But he's getting a bigger name in gay blog circles as the young cutie who tried to suck his way out of a ticket. Batesville, Arkansas cops are alleging he offered to service them if they didn't charge him for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
The Smoking Gun broke the story, claiming that when deputies approached the intoxicated Snider, he declared, "I am a very famous model." Deputy Brian Luetschwager then alleged "Mr. Snider stated to me, 'If you stop I'll suck your dick and balls if you let me go.'" Snider is said to have offered officers at the station, as well as the booking jailer, the same deal.
His public drunkenness charge was increased to illegally attempting to influence a public servant. He pleaded not guilty.
