Men At Play's tour enables you to choose a preview video for each episode in the "Movies" area. You can also scan the model index to find your favorite guy, but if you click on any of the images you'll go straight to the "Join" page. Navigation

MAP's cleanly designed home page sports a black and red color scheme that keeps you firmly in the masculine zone. The main content is organized under "Models," which indexes the photosets and videos for each model, and "Movies" which lists the Solo, Hardcore and Backstage videos. Digging further into the site we found the navigation to be less simple and straightforward than it could be.

Some of the bells and whistles added to the recent redesign work better than others. You can browse the "top rated" and "most viewed" movies and keep a list of your favorites. The neatest feature is the "money shot" button where you can skip right to the climax of a scene. The video zoom buttons, on the other hand, didn't work very well for us, and the search engine is much too complex.

The Men and the Action

The Flash streams play in a very large (960x540)) embedded window and you can choose low, medium or high resolution. Note that the native size of these videos varies: they are stretched to fit the large screen (right click and toggle through the "stretch" choices to view them at their original size.) The more recent Windows Media downloads (about 60%) play in a large (925x525) window at between 1,000 and 1,200 kbps. Older, non-HD style ones play in a 650x520 window at a bitrate of between 900 and 1,000 kbps. Similarly, the most recent 60% of Quicktime downloads will play in a 640x360 window at around 1200 kbps; older ones have a standard aspect ratio, playing in a 650x525 pixel window at about 950 kbps.

Except in the case of "Backstage" footage, the videos are well lit with good sound, a variety of distance and closeup shots, and an energetic variety of poses. The cumshots are generally caught. There were times when we wished they would take a bit more clothing off -- but this site is about suit sex, and the MAP editors stick to their vision.
