Looking for a 'clean' hotel room?

CleanHotels.com might sounds like a great idea for travelers with a fear of dust bunnies and mystery carpet stains - but this new site is all about spiritual hygiene.

Answering the call of conflicted Christians who have found themselves trapped in a hotel room with the temptation of  pay-per-view porn, Clean Hotels is a directory of accommodations that thoughtfully censor their guests' in room entertainment options.

The site is the brainchild of Phil Burress of  Citizens for Community Values, an Ohio-based organization that boasts it has been protecting families from homosexuals and pornography "since 1983." (Whatever did families do before then?)

Easily-tempted Christians will be thankful to Mr. Burress for removing the choice so many lonely travelers have been faced with:  reading a few verses from the Gideon Bible (Leviticus perhaps?) or simultaneously enjoying and feeling guilty about viewing "Big Tit Blowjobs 2."

  • Site lists hotels without porn channels [AVN]
