Fucking signs theft-proof

The town of Fucking, Austria, has erected new theft-deterring road signs after having had them stolen by English-speaking tourists for the umpteenth time.

The signs are welded to steel posts which are embedded in buried concrete supports. While not theft-proof it would take some time to pry one loose.  

While the citizens of Fucking don't mind tourists posing for photos in front of the Fucking signs, they were fed up with constantly having to erect new ones.
