Penis prank nets suspension

A Steilacoom, WA junior high school student is fighting a decision by school officials to suspend him for three days after he appeared in an inflatable penis costume outside a rival school's homecoming dance.

James Watkins, 14, showed up outside a dance at Steilacoom High School last weekend wearing the penis outfit. While young James and his parents agree he acted like a dick, they say it was only a joke and are fighting the three-day suspension.

James's parents are  particularly concerned that "sexual harassment" has been circled on the school suspension form as one of  the reasons for the disciplinary action and so are considering their legal options to clear his name.
