Mothers Against Hard Drivers

Everyone knows that drinking doesn't mix well with driving. Apparently, porn doesn't either. The proof is in this week's news, as men in both Texas and Tennessee were caught - and charged for - being behind the wheel while partaking in the pleasures of pornography.

The first of two X-rated road incidents took place on Tuesday when a man in Murfreesboro, Tenn., was pulled over for driving erratically on a divided highway, according to the Associated Press. The 33-year-old man behind the wheel was busted when police noticed the collection of nudey magazines on the seat next to him. He was charged with felony reckless endangerment.

A second case of vehicular voyeurism took place Wednesday in Bryan, Texas, according to a separate AP report, when three brothers were turned into police for watching an X-rated DVD in the drive-through lane at McDonald's. The brothers, all in their early 20s, were watching the skin flick on a ceiling-mounted screen inside their car, provoking the woman in the vehicle behind them to file a complaint with police. What would Ronald think?

While only one of the brothers was cited for "obscene display," the others were charged, respectively,  with  failing to appear in court to answer three oustanding arrest warrants and  possession of a partly-smoked joint. Bad boys, all of 'em.

Let this be a lesson, kids: The car is no place for porn! And even if you do manage to stash your copy of Inches magazine under the car seat, or flick the eject button on your inboard DVD system, a suspicious cop could still find some hard evidence -- in your pants. Can I help you, officer?
