ActiveDuty.com models face court martial

The U.S. army has charged seven paratroopers from the elite 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, N.C. with appearing in sex videos on Dink Flamingo's ActiveDuty.com.

According to a statement released by the military on Friday, three of the soldiers face courts-martial on charges of sodomy, pandering and engaging in sex acts for money.  Four other soldiers received non-judicial punishments. The army has recommended all be discharged.

The seven won't be getting any assistance from the Servicemembers Legal Defense Network, a gays in the military advocacy group, because most of the charges are not directly related to the sexual orientation of the soldiers. "Don't ask, don't tell" doesn't apply to making porn or accepting money for sex.

There are several porn sites specialize in amateur military men, but most of the models are either no longer on active duty or are just playing dress-up.

There are over 15,000 paratroopers in the 82nd Airborne. All seven paratroopers were members of the 2nd Battalion of the 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment. According to the army, there are no other soldiers under investigation, but we suspect there are more than a few paratroopers shaking in their army boots.
