Mark Dalton speaks

Mark Dalton has been everywhere, from magazines and DVDs to strip clubs and websites. If you ask him where he's been lately, though, he'll joke that he's been on vacation. In fact, Dalton was in prison, but in an exclusive interview with columnist Gio he promises he's back and better than ever.

Dalton became a free man after serving 383 days last year for drug possession and domestic violence. Now on probation, the smokin' hot gay porn model is performing across the country on his Super Soakin' America Tour, which has him stripping for hordes of hungry fans. The tour took him last month to Fort Lauderdale, Fla., where he granted Gio his first interview since being released from the big house.

The two discussed everything from Dalton's underwear -- he doesn't wear any! -- to his experience behind bars, which he acknowledges was tough, as he endured a fair amount of guff from fellow prisoners and guards.

Dalton's rise to gay fame was unexpected, he told Gio. He grew up in Texas and was recruited for his first gay film when he was dancing for women at a club in Miami. Fans got wind of Dalton's fresh meat and he quickly rose to stardom working for studios like Falcon and posing for magazines like Men.

What's next for Dalton? He'll be performing on tour this spring in New York, Boston and Ohio, and in Palm Springs at the White Party in April. He also plans to revamp his website, www.MarkDaltonXXX.com, and is filming a new video this month for Muscle Gods.

Thus far, Dalton has only appeared on screen solo, but he says he's open to more. "It is always good to keep people wanting more I guess," he told Gio. "But, never say never."

Off screen, Dalton says he swings freely both ways - giving hope to thousands of horny fans who've been patiently waiting for him to give it up on screen.
