Weiner defence fails

A resident of the Channel Island of Guernsey was found guilty this week of exposing himself in front of two teenage girls after failing to convince the court that he was in fact holding a jumbo hot dog.

During the trial, Eric De Jersey, 61, produced a replica of the hot dog he claimed the shocked teens had mistaken for his erect penis.

The judge found De Jersey ‘evasive and ambiguous’ and instead took the word of the two schoolgirls, who testified that he had beckoned for them to approach him as they hung out with friends in a park.

One girl stated that she saw him masturbating for 10 to 15 seconds from about a metre away.

De Jersey claimed that he had a number of newspapers and, in his right hand, a jumbo sausage in a roll. However a police officer arriving shortly after saw the man pulling up his fly and saw neither  newspapers nor hotdogs in the vicinity.

De Jersey, who has a number of previous convictions including a similar one from 1995, will be sentenced later this month.

Kudos to the court for recognizing that a teen girl can tell the difference between a dick and a 'dog.
