Jake Deckard Naked Swordsman '07

He's ripped, hairy, tattooed, and hung to boot. And now, Raging Stallion exclusive Jake Deckard is something else, too -- NakedSwordsman 2007. Deckard was offered the prestigious title this week by VOD site Naked Sword, which bestows it on one man every year for his "breadth of work, physical appeal, critical acclaim and contributions to the gay adult industry."

Deckard, a former Titan exclusive, moved to San Francisco from New York last year upon signing with Raging Stallion, according to Gay Porn Blog. He was named Raging Stallion's Man of the Year 2007 in September and joins past winners Owen Hawk, Ben Jakks and Marcus Iron as a NakedSwordsman.

Prior to being crowned, Deckard had lunch with his neighbor, Lavender Lounge's Mark Kliem, and told him about several exciting things that await him in 2007. Among them are stints as director and sound engineer at Raging Stallion, where he has been shadowing director J.D. Slater and learning to edit background noises out of films; he will direct at least one scene in a forthcoming film in the Centurian Muscle series and the behind-the-scenes footage for "Centurian Muscle III: Omega," scheduled for release late this year.

Deckard promised Kliem, however, that his true ambitions will keep him in front of the camera, doing what he does best: other men. His latest project is "Mirage," Raging Stallion's sequel to "Arabesque." Deckard wrote the story for the film, which he says Raging Stallion is marketing as the first ever gay porn movie on high-definition DVD -- using the HD DVD format, to be exact. And that means that porn fans can look forward to seeing more of Deckard than they've ever seen before!
