Poland pushes Teletubbies out of the closet

Tinky Winky and his Teletubby homies had better watch out. Poland is onto you! Ewa Sowinska, the government-appointed children rights watchdog, sees the popular kids' show characters as nothing more than puppets of homosexual propoganda.

"I noticed (Tinky Winky) has a purse, but I didn't realize he's a boy," she said. "At first I thought the purse would be a burden for this Teletubby ... Later I learned that this may have a homosexual undertone."

This is another chilling example of escalating Eastern European intolerance, especially with the recent assaults on gay marchers in the Moscow Pride Parade.

Tinky Winky plans to release a statement denying these allegations -- once he returns from the bathhouse.
