More than just one big cockup

Residents of Keizer, Oregon, are not amused with the city's most recent installment. Designed to protect pedestrians from cars, penis shaped cement barriers were erected throughout town at a cost of $20,000.

City Manager Chris Eppley admits the city may have messed things up. "They certainly did not turn out the way we anticipated."

All hope is not lost. As one woman reflected, "My son said he wanted to hang a sign on it that says 'always use protection.'"

We couldn't agree more! Drive safely. Fuck safely. This place is ahead of its time.
