Snippity snip

Back in the sixties, 90 per cent of newborn males in America were circumcised. In 2003, that number fell to 55.9 per cent, and it is probably even lower today.  Circumcision may be on the decline, but it will always be a touchy subject.

Parents say they have it done for many reasons, from cleanliness to religious expectations. Others refuse to snip it off, arguing it is cruel or unnecessary.
