He ain't no porn star!

Manuel Alex Saez is a go-go dancer and a model. He is not a porn star. And if you say otherwise, you are going to be sued!

HX Magazine, describing itself as "the Totally Biased, Politically Incorrect Party Paper, (and) the hottest guide to gay nightlife and culture in New York City," is finding this out the hard way. They are being sued for libel after they referred to Saez as "Big City Video Porn Star Alex" and printed his photo without proper permission.

The photo, and caption, were allegedly provided by Splash nightclub, which is also facing libel charges.

We would publish the picture in question, but we do not have $1.25 million -- the damages being sought in this case -- to spare.
