Genghis Khan was a big fat jerk!

Genghis Khan was no friend of the gays, let us tell you! The ruthless and bloodthirsty ruler founded the Mongol Empire between 1206 and 1368, which became one of the largest empires in history. But according to the Research Institute of Ancient Mongolian Laws and Sociology, the gays just weren't pulling their weight because they weren't breeding. Khan hoped to increase the Mongol population of 1.5 million to rival the Song Dynasty's 100 million. To do it, he outlawed sodomy and made it punishable by death.

That'll bring the numbers up. Basic math, it seems, was not Khan's speciality!
