Well, you know it's real news when Perez Hilton reports on it. A porn star's recent sex change caught the eye of the gossip monger and made it, if only for a moment, into the mainstream media.

Straight people might remember pre-surgery Stonie from last year's blockbuster "Borat" as the title character's well-endowed son. Stonie had about 2 seconds of screen time, and only appeared in a polaroid Borat showed his camera crew, but it was a memorable cameo nonetheless.

Gay men will be more familiar with the young man's talents. He starred in over 60 videos and earned a reputation as a voracious bottom with a hot piece of ass. He left the industry in 2005 to start hormone therapy, re-appearing this year to show off the results. Her new nom de porn: Brittany Coxxx.
