Puppy love vs public sex

Amsterdam city councillors have just upset dog owners after legalizing outdoor sex in one of the city's most famous parks, Vondelpark, while promising to enforce leash laws in the area. 

One angry visitor pointed out that "as long as the park has existed, we've been allowed to let our dogs run freely. It's outrageous that we will be punished from now on but public sex won't."

A council spokesman countered that "when the dogs are not kept on a leash they pee on whatever they see and they cause a lot of nuisance for other visitors."

Pee bad. Ejaculate good.

Alderman Paul Van Grieken went on to explain that  public sex "isn't a nuisance for the other visitors and gives a lot of pleasure to a certain group of people."

The new law will go into force in September, with the proviso that sex can only take place after dusk, and at no time can anyone have sex near the playground. Swings are not slings, after all.

Leash laws will be enforced on all puppy slaves and collared bottoms, as well.
