With just a flick of the wrist...

A lawyer in Travis County, Texas has been sentenced to 90 days in jail after simulating masturbation in front of a judge.

Adam Reposa was found in contempt of court by Judge Jan Breland who said Reposa motioned at her with his right hand, and not in a friendly "hi there" kinda way. He gestured as if he was jacking off.

Reposa claimed the motion was directed at a prosecutor, and not at the judge. Breland  immediately ordered him out of the court.  "Under no circumstances should that ever happen in a courtroom. I have to speak for all judges; I can't let this type of thing happen. This was the only thing to do," she explained.

The contempt case was later heard by visiting State Judge Paul Davis who was happy to "uphold the integrity of the judicial process" by handing out a sentence of 90 days.

Reposa was quickly handcuffed and removed from court before he could make a similar gesture towards Davis.
