Inmate fights for right to porn

Nebraska state inmate Raul Calderon has had enough. Someone keeps stealing his porn so he filed a lawsuit in federal court to get them to stop. Since autumn he claims he should have received between 10 to 15 issues of various adult magazines; he's received none of them.

He is convinced prison staff are responsible because "other inmates receive (their) issues."

Calderon, convicted of attempted second-degree murder, wants $500 for each issue he didn't get. We think he has as much chance of winning the lawsuit as he does getting a weekly massage from the prison warden.
