‘Pappa Mio!’ first porn casualty of global recession

Sammy Case is one of PZP Productions' twinksTwink-focused porn producer PZP Productions, known for twisting well known stories into hardcore delights, has canceled the filming of an erotic spoof of  "Mamma Mia."

"Pappa Mio" was to follow earlier hits “The Da Vinci Load” and “Oliver Twink,” but the movie is now “a casualty of the tanking economy and other factors that are plaguing the gay porn industry right now,” company CEO Peter Z Pan said. “It just wasn’t feasible for us, a small independent studio, to produce a big-budget porn in this horrid economy. We are all in a perilous predicament in the porn industry right now.”

Pan also places some of the blame on the plethora of pirated videos online. “Illegal file sharing sites and illegal ‘tube’ sites are hurting us all badly,” he said. “They are a plague upon our industry and I don’t care if I am trashed for saying that."

He added, "I just want to know what's going to happen when these sites run out of content to steal; after they have put us all out of business. Web surfers will be left with nothing but badly lit clips of Bubba in Bumfuck, Kansas - you know, with the bad skin - jacking off in front of his webcam while his dog scratches his balls in the background."
