David Beckham logs on

David Beckham launched his first official website on July 13, 2007. Yes, that's only four days ago! Pretty amazing for a sports superstar who has been in the spotlight for years and drooled over by fans the world over. When every move you make is dissected by gossip columnists and British tabloids, you'd think having your own space to set the record straight would have been a priority.

Sadly, the site lacks any real spice. We expect more from the man who freed metrosexuals from the closet by proving that pink was an acceptable shirt color.

A suggestion: Add somes pics, Beckham! ...Like the ones we did after the jump.
