Justin's 'dick' wins big

Justin Timberlake's music video spoof "Dick in a Box" won for best original music and lyrics at the Creative Arts Emmys award show on Sunday. The video was originally performed in 2006 on Saturday Night Live, and quickly became an online hit. Understandable, considering the song offers step by step instructions on how you, too, can give a loved one this very special gift.

"I think it's safe to say that when we first set out to make this song, we were all thinking, 'Emmy!'," confessed Andy Samberg, the comedian who worked with Justin on the video. "The other thing we were thinking was, 'Hey! There's this young up-and-comer, Justin Timberlake, who is clearly very talented and could really use a break."

The show is a precursor to the Primetime Emmys to be held on Sunday, September 16, where Justin and Andy may reprise their roles for a live performance of the video. Here's hoping for a wardrobe malfunction à la Janet Jackson!
